Materials
Six Vinyls, One Cut Line
Clear
Optically clear film that lets the surface show through. Pair with the white ink underlay if your artwork needs to stay opaque.
Holographic
A rainbow prism layer under the ink. Every angle looks different, which is why it photographs so well.
Glitter
Fine sparkle suspended in the laminate rather than sprinkled on top, so it stays smooth to the touch.
Mirror chrome
Silver or gold metallic film with a true mirror surface. Excellent for badges, awards and equipment labels.
Reflective
Retroreflective safety film that glows white under a headlight or torch. Popular on helmets, bikes and toolboxes.

Set Up Files Once, Correctly
What resolution do I need?
Vector files are ideal because they scale perfectly. If you send raster art, aim for 300 dpi at the final printed size, so a 3 inch sticker wants roughly 900 pixels across.
How much bleed and safe area?
Add 3 mm of bleed around the edge and keep important detail 3 mm inside the cut line. Our plotter is accurate to about 0.1 mm, but paper stretches.
Can you draw the cut line for me?
Yes, and it is free. Send transparent art and we generate the contour, then show it to you in the proof. Ask for a specific offset if you want a thicker border.
Which colour profile?
Send RGB and we convert with a profile matched to our printers. Deep neon and pure reflex blue can shift slightly; the proof shows a soft preview.
Do you print copyrighted characters?
Only with proof that you hold the licence. We will ask, and we would rather lose the order than print something you cannot legally sell.
