Prices exclude tax. A 25% deposit holds the date, the balance is due when the gallery is delivered. Weekend dates add 15% and evening slots add 10%.

Photography Questions
How and when do I pay?
A 25% deposit confirms the date once we have replied to your request, and the balance is due when the gallery is delivered. Nothing is taken on this page — we send a proper invoice with the confirmation.
What if I need to move the date?
Reschedule for free up to 48 hours before the shoot. Inside 48 hours the deposit moves to the new date once, after that it covers the studio time we held for you.
Who owns the photographs?
You get unlimited commercial usage of every delivered image, forever, with no extra licence fee. We keep the copyright and the right to show a few frames in our portfolio, and we will skip that if you ask.
How many images do I actually get?
The number in each tier is the edited count. You also see the full contact sheet, so if you want frames beyond the included set you can add them in blocks of ten.
Can you shoot products you have printed for me?
Yes, and it is the most common booking we take. Order a print or a sticker run, add a product session, and the finished parts go straight from the bench to the light tent.
Do you travel?
Anywhere within 20 miles is a flat $45. Further than that adds $95 to cover kit and travel time, and for anything over about three hours away we will quote mileage and a night if it needs one.
